Design And Implementation Of The Government Investment Project Audit Management System

The government investment project audit accounts for a considerable proportion of the audit projects of audit institutions.The organization of government investment project audit is of big difference from that of routine financial audit in several aspects: the project duration is long,the project time varies according to different project types,major projects are broken down into many tenders,forming more sub projects,and intermediary project task decomposition and management are difficult when hiring external intermediary audit institutions to assist audit.These make the government investment audit project management face the status of "many projects,miscellaneous items,long duration,difficult management",and put forward new topics for the audit institutions:how to better standardize the government investment audit project management procedures,how to avoid audit risks.And it is necessary to actively change the management mode and improve the audit management level of government investment projects by means of information technology.Based on the status of engineering audit management business,this thesis summarizes the main business processes and corresponding management capabilities;determines the development ideas of the government investment project audit management system;analyzes the functional and un functional requirements of the system;considering personalization and standardization,designs the main framework,the function modules and the database structure of the system;highlights the main functions such as project budget management,contract management,cost management and construction management;implements the system by using SQL server database access technology and B/S architecture.Finally,functions and performance of the system are tested.The application of data analysis functions provided by the system can provide decision-making basis for audit management.
