With the rapid development of smart cities,big data,Internet +,Internet of things and service outsourcing,the growth of big data business has brought an explosive growth demand.At the same time under the influence of dynamical factors such as cost reduction,global data center network is in the western developed countries to undertake service outsourcing to countries such as China to gradually shift the redesign of process,China is in a data center network from the first-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai to the second and third tier service outsourcing to undertake cities gradually transfer the redesign of process,to the objective of the business development has brought the good opportunity.The centralization of data center can effectively enhance the unity,manageability,security and competitiveness of the data center.Through intensive construction of data center,the high level comprehensive utilization of computing power resources can be realized,effectively reducing the comprehensive energy consumption of society and avoiding repeated investment.Based on the construction of data center project in huaian city,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the construction of large data center machine room by combining theory with practice.In feasibility study,on the basis of relevant theories,the author from the specific location of the project,target market selection,the layout of the entire project plan design has carried on the various aspects such as design,and combining with the methods and procedures of feasibility study,in the aspect of feasibility analysis on the social development,economic sustainable development possibility,the technical improvement of the system on an in-depth analysis,and analyzed the project risk,and combining with the methods and procedures of feasibility study,obtained the H huaian data center room project feasible conclusions,and proposals are put forward.
