| With the increase of domestic Metro lines, facilities and equipment quantity are increasing sharply, therefore, the information system for equipment management become more and more important.Although many similar systems have been built, but these systems are somehow isolated, and the utilization of data sources is not well. There are urgent needs for a complete system to integrate, optimize and integrate those data,to construct a complete equipment management system, which is suitable for domestic Metro industry –RT21-DMS(hereinafter referred to as DMS).This paper describes the whole process of RT21-DMS,including requirement analysis stage, system design stage, system development stage and system testing stage.Firstly,in the stage of requirement analysis, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the current situation of the Metro industry, investigates and analyzes the function and performance requirements of DMS.Secondly,in the stage of system design, according to the result of requirement analysis, the whole system architecture, hardware architecture, software architecture and basic data support of DMS system are designed in detail. In the stage of system development, the function of the system is realized through one by one according to the architecture of system design. It mainly includes the operation of the management and the implementation of fault management functions.Lastly,in the stage of system testing, the function, performance and concurrency of the system is tested to see if it meets the function and performance requirements of the system. The DMS system can perform the whole-process-management on various kinds of asset and equipment operation and maintenance,in order to improve productivity, reduce costs, improve operating performance, and enhance the management level of the equipment within the scope of enterprise assets.By analyzing the statistics of the business data of the equipment management system, the DMS system can provide support for decision on the operation, maintenance and purchase of the equipment. |
