The Design And Implementation Of Social Security Pay Authentication System

As China's access to an aging society has accelerated,it has become one of the major reasons for the loss of pensions.In the past,the regulation of socia l security pensions was more focused on the collection of pension and investment in pension,while neglecting the regulation of pension payment.To ensure that pensions are not faked,pensions can be paid directly to the hands of retired staff and their accounts are quickly frozen after the retirees have passed away,and the pensions are no longer paid.This series of issues has become the focus of our society as a whole.This paper by the real demand of qiqihar in heilongjiang province social security bureau,the maximum use of existing Dr.Richard kimble engineering equipment and information,by biological recognition technology for the treatment of social security of personnel qualification certification,certification through to collect social security.According to the demand of Social Security Bureau of Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province,this paper uses the existing facilities and information of Jinbao Project to certify the personnel receiving Social Security benefits through biometrics.The dissertation firstly analyzes the demand of social security to receive certification service,completes the overall design of the system,and introduces the technology and process of the design and realization of each module in detail.The system consists of five mod ules: data acquisition,client authentication system,authentication system background,collection of authentication information statistics and authentication system communication protocol.It implements 8 neighborhood coding details extraction algorithm,ridge matching based fingerprint matching algorithm,Cam Shift face tracking Identification,communication protocol design and so on.Social security benefits certification system uses C / S and B / S hybrid architecture,the client uses web embedding techn ology,the certification program and the web page integration,interaction with the server's information has been encrypted to ensure the security of information.The development of this system has played an important role in such aspects as the certificat ion of social securit y benefits,the payment of pensions and future medical insurance,which effectively promoted the informationization process of social security in China.
