The Application Of The Survival Authentication Technology Based On Mobile Internet To The Social Security System

The social security system is a major national policy that is beneficial to people's livelihood in our country.But in recent years,there are plenty of problems,especially when it comes to insurance claim.The effective way to solve these problems is to use the survival certification technique to authenticate the participants.Biometric technology is supported by biometric technology,and face recognition technology is a hotspot in the field of biometric technology.This paper focuses on the survival certification technology based on the mobile Internet and its application in social security.Paper first analyzed the domestic and foreign present situation of the survival authentication technology and Internet insurance,and carried on scheme design of the system overall,and combined the actual needs of the social security program and determined the face recognition technology as the survival scheme of the social security system finally.Secondly,studied the algorithms of facial recognition technology,including the algorithm of face recognition based on neural network used by Face++ development platform,and on the Android development platform and Face++ development platform realized the prototype system of face recognition.Finally,the prototype system of the face recognition was tested with the correctness experiment and accuracy experiment.The results meet the project requirements.Studies have shown that face recognition algorithm of Face++ development platform is feasible and reliable,and the prototype system of face recognition based on Face++ development platform meet the needs of general survival certification schemes,and this study of authentication technology based on survival also has the applicability to other system.But the mainstream idea of biometric technology is to use a variety of biometric technologies for identification,which can be more secure.This paper just realize face recognition,for the high security requirements of project needs implement other identification technologies such as fingerprint recognition,iris recognition,etc.
