Resaerch On Key Technology Of Colour FDM 3D Printer

3D printing technology,also known as rapid prototyping technology,is based on the principle of increasing production,using pre-generated data files to directly produce products.FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)technology is fused deposition modeling technology,the printer based on this technology uses filamentous materials with thermoplastic properties.The pringting nozzle is used to spray the molten material and cool,the printing product is superimposed by layer and layer.This technology has many advantages,such as low cost,easy to manufacture and use,and many materials can be used.It has become the most widely used technology in the field of rapid prototyping.But at present,most 3D printers based on FDM technology can only print monochrome products,or print double color alternately,lack of cheap and practical color printing technology.As one basic property of objects,color is very important for products.Based on the research of color FDM printing technology at home and abroad,this topic has designed a multi-nozzle FDM printer which can realize color printing.The development of color FDM 3D printer includes the formulation of blending scheme,design of print head and design of mechanical system and control system.Firstly,a mixed color scheme for FDM equipment is formulated,and the collocation method is adopted.On the basis of the mixed color scheme,the print head of FDM printer is designed,the design of the four-in and four-out printer is realized,printing technology with more sprinklers and more colorful effects is forecasted.Secondly,the mechanical system for FDM printing equipment is designed,including printer shell,transmission mechanism and other components,the control system of FDM equipment is also designed to achieve color printing.Now we have completed the overall design of FDM color printing equipment and carried out the printing experiment,some products have been completed.The research content of this topic has certain practical value and can play an important role in enlightening the development of FDM color printing equipment.
