Along with the growth of electronic medical record data,data storage,management,analysis becomes more and more complex,the subject use electronic medical record as the research object,design and implement a fully functional electronic medical record information management system.The system is not only help doctors to record the patient's medical records,but also help researchers to excavate the value behind the data,through effective means of data mining,to explore the valuable medical information in medical records data,so as to auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Electronic medical record information management system based on J2 EE platform development,and adopt the strong expansibility of B/S structure,mainly realizes the following functions: electronic medical record management,data mining,system management functions,as well as the system cache function and file storage,etc.According to software engineering development method,the system has carried out detailed architectural design,functional design and database design.The server use open source framework Spring MVC,Spring and Hibernate integration development,and the front use technologies such as Html,CSS,and Java Script to design the interface,and the database use My SQL to store structured electronic medical records.In addition,Hadoop is used to handle large data sets,and the Hadoop distributed file system(HDFS)can be used to save file type records,and to achieve high speed storage and reading of large file data.The Hadoop distributed computing framework(Map Reduce)provides distributed data parallel processing analysis with distributed data.On the basis of data storage,we can use correlation analysis technology of data mining,analysis of common chronic diseases from a large number of medical record data extract has the correlation rules,through the explanation and evaluation into useful information,help the doctor to the patient's disease diagnosis and analysis,and provide reliable basis for medical research.The test and running results of the system show that the electronic medical record information management system has good performance in terms of functionality,ease of use and security,and meets the actual needs.The system develops products centered on patients,solve the problem of medical record data storage,provide efficient medical services to doctors,help researchers dig out valuable information for research,to promote the development of medical informatization.
