With the rapid development of economy,take-out has become an indispensable part of city life.For various delivery platforms,the punctuality of delivery delivery is their most core competitiveness,and the punctuality of delivery depends on the dispatching method of the delivery platform to sell the rider.As the largest take-out platform in China,the dispatching method of e-delivery is system scheduling,that is,the system delivers the order by specifying the optimal rider in the delivery area where the current order is located.However,many of the distribution area of its unusual shape due to regional boundary,the area is too small and regional merchants distribution inequality problem,the system cannot by scheduling limited meet the needs of the region distribution of the rider.Therefore,E takeaway needs to replan the distribution areas in many cities.E delivery distribution area,however,numerous,with only a business personnel to artificial planning could not accomplish such a huge workload,and the experience of business personnel individual alone cannot balance the all distribution area of the city.This topic development,delivery and distribution of regional planning system is to improve the efficiency of the business personnel for distribution of regional planning and provide related data analysis results for the purpose,by the method of mining E history of take-out orders foreign selling and distribution of regional planning,the simulation platform of interface by calling the company carries on the simulation experiments to verify the regional planning on the change of urban overall distribution capabilities,by parsing order data and regional boundary and carries on the quantification to filter out possible problem areas,and by calling the gold merchants display and hot hot map interface for regional boundary is trying to show.This paper is organized according to the process and method of software engineering.First demand analysis,the system is put forward from the aspects of function and performance requirements,the system is divided into system management,from the function area planning,simulation analysis and regional analysis and information display five function modules,design of database.In the detailed design stage,first of all,from the aspects of system function structure,system architecture for system analysis and design,USES the Spring MVC framework for development,then on the system design of each function module in detail and the system implementation phase of the implementation.Finally in the functions of the system testing phase test and performance test,according to thefunctional requirements of the specifications and performance requirements are related to verification,validation system meet the functional requirements and performance requirements.
