Currently, the e-commerce competition increasingly fierce in the domestic market, competition battlefields between the various e-commerce companies is no longer the user interface and merchandise on the online-mall, to better meet customer demand for express delivery service is also another effective means of competition. Good delivery service not only to the "fast" but also to "accurate", both accurate estimated time of arrival to advice customers of the parcel and the exactly delivery at customer’s scheduled time are reflected in the high level distribution service, but all the high level of delivery service based on the company’s reasonable delivery configuration. At present, an e-commerce company based state-city-district layers of delivery services configuration, this kind of delivery can’t support the company’s high level distribution services, therefore the company need to redistricting distribution service regional.The main topic on how to design and implement a system, through the massive case models for data analysis and processing algorithms to analysis the history orders and delivery service. Finally simulate the habit of real situation, to meet the requirement to present the distribution of history delivery service, and redistrict the different levels of the administrative distribution service regional within the scope of Chinese mainland for the ecommerce company. Redistricting distribution service regional system is mainly used some software technology such as object-oriented methods, and Microsoft Bing Maps to display map and draw a polygon, data marts and other technologies. Topic research under the guidance of school instructors and project managers, issue in accordance with the system requirements analysis, system design, function detailed design and also the implementation, maintenance and even system updating to complete the development tasks of this project.Under the guidance of the software engineering idea and the research for the every stage, this essay to complete detailed description. Introduce the detailed analysis of functional and non-functional requirements about this system, then put forward redistricting distribution system regional system design. According to the outline design principles this paper described the architecture design about system, data model design, user interface design, inner interface design and even the security design, the initial establishment of a logical model of this system. For specific the business about company, carried out detailed design and implementation of the mainly function module. At last, presents issue still exist problems and prospects currently.The research final completed the function of user to upload history data and manage distribution profile feature files, the function of depending on the selected state, city and administrative regions, orders distribution method, carrier and different level of distribution services to display the history of orders delivery distribution. The function of drawing polygons, function of management polygons and so on. As in the construction of the system developers, major responsible for the design and implementation of data marts which storing the history of orders, delivery records the latitude and longitude or other data. And the implement work of uploading and processing massive data, by using the algorithm about massive points to generate dot density polygon graphic. And the work of requirement research and design, test work for geographical polygon layers display and management module. Construction of the system to meet the needs of simulating the habit of company business based on past delivery records. Users according to the initial delivery service simulation of distribution regional, to draw a reasonable area for further adjustments as well as to support company’s distribution GJ project.
