Sexual assault is a hidden and heavy topic in our country.In recent years,with the increasing number of cases of sexual assault,sexual assault has become the focus of the majority of people.In the research of risk communication,the relationship between media communication and individual risk perception is an important research topic.As people understand the "window" of the external world,the mass media not only reproduces and constructs risks,but also affects people's perception of risks.Based on the media effect theory and the social amplification framework of risk,this paper studies the relationship between individual media exposure and youth sexual intrusive risk perception.Using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to combine research methods,18-35-year-olds were selected as the survey subjects,and sample data were obtained through sampling online quotas to explore whether media exposures had affected the youth's perception of sexual assault risks and whether there were other The mediating factor of the role.The findings are as follows: 1.At present,young people in China have a strong perception of sexual intrusion risk.After the perceived risk of sexual intrusion,the respondents tend to adopt positive coping behaviors,and the gender experiences in sexual risk exposure,sexual intrusion news concerns,and sexual intrusion risk perception.The difference is significant.Second,the new media has a significant amplification effect on the risk of sexual assault.The traditional media constructs a picture of risk reduction in user cognition,and on the type of new media contacts,the heavy users of social media have a significantly stronger perception of sexual intrusion risk.For specialized information applications.Users who use the news client as the information source for the main channel will experience a decrease in their perceived risk of sexual intrusion.Third,media exposure significantly affects the perception of sexual intrusion risk,but has no significant effect on the risk of sexual assault.Fourth,individual risk communication negatively affects sexual perception and risk perception,while risk experience has no significant effect on youth sexual intrusive risk perception and risk response.It shows that in areas where sexualexperience such as sexual assault has limited direct experience,the influence of the media is powerful.
