Industrial wireless communication technology is a new,wireless communication technology for field applications,short-range,low-rate information exchange.Due to the diversity of industrial wireless communication field environment,it is very important to develop and establish an industrial wireless communication network with high reliability and security.The ISA100.11a standard is currently one of the three major industrial wireless sensor network standards.The standard only defines the routing method and does not strictly define the routing algorithm.This feature makes the ISA 100.11 a DL subnet routing technology become the current industrial wireless.The research hotspot in the field of communications has important practical significance.DL sub-network routing based on the data link layer uses different routing standards and different routing algorithms to obtain networks with different performance indicators.Based on the analysis of ISA100.11a standard and its key technologies and functions of DL sub-network,this dissertation takes into consideration the DL subnet routing principle and data service software architecture,and comprehensively considers that the current DL sub-network routing technology generally adopts a single routing standard.Disadvantages:Using Mesh topology,a DL subnet routing algorithm based on equalized energy efficiency and link quality is proposed.Combined with the improved offset path algorithm,both routing criteria including energy efficiency and link quality are taken into consideration.In order to achieve the goal of prolonging network lifetime and improving reliability,the energy efficiency and link quality are balanced,and the algorithm is tested and analyzed on the wireless industrial network experimental platform.The analysis of the results shows that the DL subnet routing algorithm proposed in this paper can achieve stable and complete operation on the ISA100.11a standard protocol stack and meet the requirements of the standard.The algorithm can prolong the network lifetime and improve its performance.Network reliability;With the expansion of the network node size,the computing performance of the algorithm has been greatly improved;for a complex industrial environment,especially for large-scale networks with high network lifetime and reliability requirements,the algorithm extends the network.Lifetime and improved network reliability have better performance than traditional routing algorithms.
