Factory layout is an important part of industrial manufacturing.The rationality of layout will affect the processing quality of the product and the economic efficiency of the factory.As a multidisciplinary cross-cutting issue,the layout of factory facilities has attracted more and more attention of scholars.This article first elaborates the research background of the issue,analyzes the current research status of the domestic and international facility layout problems in four aspects,and points out some deficiencies in the research of facility layout problems in the current context.This article dose not only consider the logistics situation but also consider the non-integration situation.This article sets up a dual-objective mathematical model and proposes an optimization method based on the SLP-based harmony search algorithm.The method does not only avoid the disadvantages of the traditional SLP method,such as,too much dependence on the designer,frequently modify the layout manually,but also avoid the problem that only a single object is used as the input parameter of the harmony search algorithm and the an incomplete consideration factor.In this paper,a refrigerator processing factory is taken as an example to describe the algorithm flow in detail.The integrated weight value obtained by the SLP algorithm is used as the input condition of the harmony search algorithm,and the algorithm parameters are continuously adjusted.The global of the harmony search algorithm is utilized to find the best value.This project develops plant layout optimization system based on the Visual Studio,and calls the algorithm in the system,sets parameters for the algorithm,and finally gets the layout model of the refrigerator processing factory in the case of the total cost is minimal.Finally,the algorithm is compared with the genetic algorithm,and the method is better with the same iteration times.
