With the increasing of high-speed EMU,the demand of EMU for numbers and speed has been increasing.Bogie is one of the most important parts of the EMU train,and the quality of the bogie determines the safety of the train operation.Emu's the advanced technology and complex assembly relation has the traditional way of EMU maintenance training that cannot satisfy the demand of high-speed EMU overhaul.Therefore,according to the characteristics of opening Android system,which is combined with mobile Internet technology,it is a practical significance for developing mobile world,networked maintenance oriented multimedia information system.It can not only provide more technical supports for the maintenance personnel training,but also make it possible for the maintenance personnel to carry out emergency inquiry.The bogie multimedia information system is based on Android development platform,using Eclipse integrated development environment,configuring Tomcat server,with Mysql database for data storage.Android client and Web server followed the Http protocol,using JSON as a data exchange format.This article's main research content is as follows:(1)Taking the CRH5 EMU as an example,this paper analyzed the high speed bogie structure,the requirement analysis and the feasibility analysis of the system.According to the system functional requirements,the paper have gave the overall design of system and the detailed designed of each functional module,each system storage mode and JSON data exchange format.(2)This paper researched the key technologies such as using JDBC to establish Web server and Mysql connection,using custom menu bar technology to achieve a variety of menu bar,using GSON data analysis technology to analysis of JSON array,using VideoView components and MediaController to achieve system video browsing,using Glide image loading technology to achieve remote images and load the local images,using the Unity3 D platform to achieve virtual model display.(3)Completed the bogie multimedia information system can realize the Android client and server data interaction,can fully display high-speed bogie structure,parts assembly animation,repairing time information of all levels at the mobile terminal,can show the parts structure model through 3D browsing.The system achieves the rapid training of maintenance personnel and supports the maintenance personnel in the emergency response.
