Research And Development Of The Bogie Mutimedia Information System Based On Android

As the rapidly development of high speed railway career and the increasing of EMU operation mileage,the maintenance demand of EMU has been increasing.Hence,the maintenance training of EMU has been put foward high request.Emu's unique structure design and complex assembly relation has the traditional way of EMU maintenance training that cannot satisfy the demand of high-speed EMU overhaul.The maintenance is the basement of the EMU opreating fasetly,saftly,comfortably and efficently.Therefore.Basing on the Mobile Internet Information Technology,developng the Bogie Mutimedia System in the Android platform and impleting the mobile and informatization of EMU maintenance training has been a pressing task.Taking CRH5 EMU bogie as an example,basing on multimedia technology,mobile learning theory and the Android platform,combining with the Unity's virtual model developing software,using the development environment of Java language and the Eclipse's integrated development environment impleting mobile applications,making use of the application development technology based on the Android system,implements the bogie multimedia information systems.This article's main research content as follows:(1)Based on high-speed bogie structure characteristic and the system's customer demand analysis,determines the system development goals,puts forward the system's overall framework,explores the technical route of system development,designs the system's each function module detailly.At the same time,we discussed the feasibility of the system.(2)Studying the key technology of the bogie multimedia information system based on Android,including system interface implementation technology,assembly video technology,the virtual model displaying technology as well as the system of adaptive screen technology,as the realization of the bogie multimedia information system technology foundation.(3)Building the Android development environment,the Unity development environment and the corresponding configuration of system running environment,combining with the system development's key technology to achieve the multimedia information system.At the same time,showing the system on mobile devices.In this paper,the development of bogie multimedia information system based on Android integrated successfully the customers needs and best practices of enterprise mobile multimedia development,not only improving the comprehensive quality and ability of relevant personnel has certain practical value,but also the system has more potential replication.Response rapidly the demand of the EMU maintenance training.
