The evolution of the 5th generation mobile communication technology(Fifth-Generation,5G)has become a research hotspot in the field of mobile communication at home and abroad.While 5G technology realizes ultra-high speed and ultra-high efficiency,it also brings about an increase in system energy consumption.According to statistics,currently in cellular mobile communications,the energy consumption from the base station accounts for about 80% of the total energy consumption of the system,which has become the main source of energy consumption.Therefore,it is of great significance for energy efficiency research of the base station.An effective method for energy saving in a base station is to implement the dormancy of base stations and user association.This paper studies the dormancy of base stations and user association technologies in wireless communication networks.The specific work is as follows:First,based on the base station energy-saving technology in green communication,this paper describes the relevant principles and algorithms of the dormancy of base stations and user association techniques in wireless communication networks,including greedy algorithms,energy efficiency metrics,and base station energy saving.Secondly,for the dormancy of base stations,this paper constructs a wireless communication network analysis model,proposes two the dormancy of base stations algorithms based on greedy thoughts,and then fuses the two algorithms.By setting threshold points,the base stations that need to sleep are obtained by step-by-step screening,and Calculate system energy consumption after dormancy.Finally,the algorithm is simulated in Matlab.The results show that the algorithm is feasible.Finally,aiming at the mobile user association problem in dormant cells,this paper proposes a specific user association scheme under the condition of network load balancing.In this scheme,the Markov prediction model is used to predict the number of users in the dormant cell.After Matlab experiment simulation,the algorithm achieves system load balancing and reduces the energy consumption of the system,which proves theeffectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
