Intelligent hardware is another technology concept after intelligent terminals appeared.It has the product model which combines features of hardware with software.Different from traditional hardware product design,the process of designing intelligent hardware products is equal to design the overall product architecture of intelligent hardware.In addition to improving the hardware products,the attention of designing mobile terminal and achieving combination of hardware and software which is based on the product service,should also be paid.And finally to form a complete product design system and optimize the user experience.In the aspect of designing intelligent hardware,in order to realize the combination of hardware and software through services,a research method related to service design such as service blueprint is introduced,thereby combining hardware,software and services to enhance the user experience in all aspects.This thesis will select the children's voice intelligent speaker as the design object to comprehensively design the intelligent hardware products.This thesis applies the service blueprint modeling method to the research.Compared with traditional products,this product adds parents' intervention model,optimizes its product service process and interaction process.The final output includes a complete set of product systems which is composed by children's intelligent voice speakers,mobile terminals,children's intelligent voice speaker service system and children's voice interaction process.The research content of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,based on the theory of preschool age growth,the psychological and physiological characteristics of preschool children will be studied and analyzed.Through the analysis of children's appearance preferences and questionnaire interviews,the FAST function tree and user portraits will be output.Secondly,according to steps of service blueprint modeling,user portrait and product output function to analyze the key figure map,user map,service contact point of the childintelligent voice service system and model the blueprint of the child intelligent voice system,and output the design elements of hardware product structure and interactive function and mobile interaction process are used to guide product hardware and software designing.Then,continue product hardware and mobile designing,which is based on existing design position and design elements.Finally,carry out the product satisfaction test for improving design results.
