The rapid development of computer technology and the Internet is gradually changing the way people work and live, and Network Applications have infiltrated every corner of people's daily life. Network facilities attract people of all kinds, at all levels to carry out their daily lives and work on the network. How to get users' individual demands will be a great challenge to Applications on the network. To network applications, how to take on more attractive user interaction according to the user's preference, becomes increasingly important. Users will be more inclined to applications with the same function, which can provide a better interface or more intelligent interactive process. This requires network applications flexible enough to be able to access network applications users Individual requirements. Because different users, even the same user's different landing, will demand different taste. Access to the individual needs of users, according to individual needs to provide personalized service is the enormous challenges, which are the current network applications facing to. Who can provide a better solution on this issue, who will be able to compete more easily in occupying the dominant position. The research of getting individual requirements of users in the mining and analysis of data and in the area of human-computer interaction to a certain extent, But access to the individual needs of users in the flow study is relatively small. To address the issue of access to the user's individualized needs; we have done an in-depth study and provide a better solution. In order to facilitate the processing according to the user's individual needs, we have also studied the needs of users to have access to the formal deal with the problem The proposed model for access individual users' requirements is named MGFPU (Model for Gathering and Formalizing Personalized User's Requirements) .According to Personalized Information MGFPU can automatically generates user interface and formalize the users personalized information According to the demand of users. The system can produce XML format demand identification documents for the majority of network application system. The model can provide interaction and interface friendly and smart enough to the user according to users' individual information. So, the application system adapting MGFPU model will be much more attractive.MGFPU model has been conducted to verify, and they have been IPVita (virtual tour platform) for the trial. The interactive interface modules, in Application adapting this model- IPVita, can be created automatically. Individual users also obtain formal demand to create standardized XML document format standards, to identify and deal with follow-up treatment. However, in this part of the study, many problems still exist and need to continue.The main contributes of this paper is as following:(1) The architecture of interface model to access individual user' needs is introduced in detail. This paper studies on the theory and implementation of the model is launched. The various modules and its key algorithms are discussed. Its Algorithms meet the requirements of the friendly and intelligent interactive tools. The interactive tool is for interaction with the user, automatic access to the individual user needs standardization and analysis, in order to follow-up treatment.(2) This model has greater value in commerce. Applications adapting this model are more attractive and more convenient to get popular In the Internet. And is also a great promotion to the Internet.
