Then the electronic files which will be automatic recognition is trained with Tesseract-OCR technology to obtain the custom identification font suitable to the procuratorate,and finally the automatic recognition of electronic files is realized.In order to meet the needs of similar cases retrieve,The full text retrieval engine is constructed based on the Elastic search,and the rule of evidence sufficiency judgment and the sentencing rules is build up based on the decision tree? Finally,the Django framework was used to develop the criminal prosecution assistance system.The test on the criminal prosecution assistance system showes that the system can meet the needs of the procuratorate.
