Under the impetus of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,the media has become intelligent,and the era of intelligent media has come.The rapid development of information technology has not only changed the process of information dissemination,but also changed the original transmission ecology,thus affecting all aspects of social life.Today,the most mature model that integrates smart technology and media communication is the use of personalized recommendation systems to distribute news.The appearance of this new type of information technology has changed the mode of information distribution and turned the original “what media audiences see” into What does the user love for the media?” The rise of consumer sovereignty has given the user's“personality” full attention.From the user's point of view,to study the impact of personalized recommendation technology on the ecology of communication,help to discover the advantages and disadvantages of personalized recommendation technology,and further consider the relationship between information technology and communication ecology,so as to more scientifically view and use information technology.Taking Today's Headline personalized recommendation system as an example,the technical architecture of its personalized recommendation system mainly includes data acquisition and feature analysis,recommendation algorithm and interest modeling,and list generation and content distribution.Today's Headline uses “machine learning +manual The intervention" method allows these three modules to run smoothly,enabling accurate personalized recommendations.By quantifying and qualitatively researching the headline user's accuracy of personal recommendation,it can be seen that the accuracy of the current personalized recommendation is high,but it limits the width and depth of the user's receiving information,resulting in the proliferation of information,but high quality The consequences of lack of content.Combining the results of quantitative and qualitative research,we can find that the emergence of a personalized news recommendation system represented by "Today's Headline" has changed the original communication ecology.On the one hand,it reconstructs media production processes,media distribution processes,and media industry models,solves information overload and achieves accurate recommendations;on the other hand,it causes users to receive information that is too narrow and high quality content is not recommended.Triggered the call for news value and news publicity.
