Information system can help enterprises to gain competitive advantage,so enterprises are willing to spend a lot of resources to implement information system,however,enterprises often face the risk of failure in the process of implementing the information system.The research shows that the failure rate of the implementation of the global information system is as high as 70%.In order to help enterprise information system projects to achieve long-term success,it is necessary to analyze how to improve employees' use of new system and performance in the implementation process.However,the implementation of the information system is a dynamic process,and the factors that affect the employees' outcome will change with the different stages of implementation,it is necessary to explore not only the factors that affect the employees' outcome,but also the differences in the impact of these factors on the employees at different stages of implementation.With the concept the same function network and social network theory,this paper analyzes the impact of network position of the same functional on employee system use and work performance between the early stage and the later stage of implementation from the perspective of social network analysis.Finally discusses the impact of individual differencesThis paper,basing on reading of a large amount of relevant literature and theory,using the collected objective data of system usage and other relevant information of 172 employees,completing the construction of same functional network and the measuring of related network indicators by SQL Server 2016 and R software,and using SPSS 23.0 software to analyze data,complete the test of research model.Finally,the influence of individual difference on the relationship between network position of same functional network,system usage and work performance is discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:First,in the early stage of implementation,both the centrality of the functional network and the betweenness centrality will significantly affect the system usage and work performance of the employees,and the system usage will positively affect the work performance.Second,in the later stage of implementation,the influence of the centrality on system usage in the same functional network still exists,and the betweenness centrality has no longer affected the system usage.In addition,the influence of degree centrality and betweenness centrality on work performance still exists in the later stage of implementation,and the system usage at this stage will also positively affect the work performance.Third,in the early stage of implementation,gender differences will significantly affect the relationship between same functional network,system usage and work performance,which is not significant in the later stage of implementation.Age has no moderating effect on the relationship between same functional network and system usage and work performance.However,the relationship between system usage and the work performance will be adjusted positively by age in the initial stage.
