Research And Implementation Of Medical Collaborative Data Acquisition Technology

This paper is aimed at data collaboration technology between ERP and Enterprise Resource Planning of pharmaceutical sales enterprises.Sales companies in the pharmaceutical sales industry usually use collectivization operation to set up branches or branches at provincial,municipal and county levels.These sales branches usually adopt independent operation accounting system.Because the industry information is relatively early,constrained by the network technology and cost factors at that time,basically used the way of independent deployment of ERP system,and then through the revenue report to understand the operation of enterprises.With the development of information technology,business development and management,especially now that countries adopt two tickets system of pharmaceutical sales,launched more stringent monitoring of pharmaceutical sales process,whether it is from the national policy level and the enterprise development requires sales of existing branches of strict management,to achieve the management requirements,must be the key business of ERP system on the branches of the data and report for collaborative centralized management,this article is in such demand under the premise of research on implementation technology.The data flow data in ERP system of each branch of pharmaceutical enterprises in relatively large amount,after years of use,each of the key business data volume has already reached the million level and above,in order to put these data together,the difficulty as can be imagined,is a very complex project,so to achieve synergy,many enterprises are in the actively explore and find solutions for the enterprise present situation.In this paper,we mainly study the implementation technology of the acquisition scheme,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation technology,which can be used as a reference for enterprises.In order to achieve synergy,the whole idea is that all branches of the centralized data collection methods,reported to the enterprise data center,the collaborative data for unified statistical analysis by the center,not only to retain the characteristics of the branches of the data independently,but also can realize unified data sharing.In order to achieve such a goal,there are many specific technical solutions to be realized,which must be analyzed in detail according to the network environment of each enterprise and the specific situation of the management status.The pharmaceutical industry is the key business attributes of goods regulations,suppliers,sales units,the key is goods regulations,goods regulations as the basic elements of management of drugs,according to different suppliers,different packaging and different batches of distinction,has a complete set of management system in a ERP system,can be very good according to the rules of fine management,but the reality is that the various branches of the current ERP system basically are not operating in a unified platform,are all independent branches of a set of ERP system,and there are different branches using different ERP system software manufacturers,this is caused by unpredictable the difficulty for centralized collaborative sharing.The face of this situation,this paper provides the technical proposal,the message mechanism,but also the use of push and pull mechanisms,such as the use of WebService centralized data reporting mechanism,each branch of the enterprise data report center database,the code standard processing according to the data in the database encoding standard and.And using the transfer database to standardize data,the enterprise center database is only responsible for data synchronization.These solutions can achieve the purpose of synergy.In addition to the research of technology solutions,this paper also studies the key technologies of related implementation,hoping to provide reference for enterprises that are also faced with the same puzzle.
