With the improvement of medical level,there are more and more drug storage facilities represented by medical cold storage.The reliability and stability of medical cold storage will directly affect the quality of the medicines,but at present there are still many disadvantages in monitoring system of cold storage such as single function,heavy structure,complex wiring,poor portability,low versatility and so on.Therefore,this paper combines MySQL database,WeChat public platform and serial port transparent transmission WiFi module to develop a remote monitoring and data acquisition system for cold storage based on mobile Internet which makes up for the deficiencies of the above monitoring system and achieves a wide range of data sharing.First of all,according to the requirements of the system,the overall architecture is designed,which is divided into three parts: communication server,remote monitoring client and wireless acquisition terminal,and the specific functions and technical routes of each part are planned.Besides,the network communication adopts the hybrid communication model of "C/S+B/S",and the system communication scheme centered on the communication server is built.Secondly,in order to meet the database operation requirements of the local host and the remote client,the system database is divided into a local database and a cloud database.For the communication server,PHP is chosen as the development language to complete the communication design and program design,which realizes the data exchange with local host,remote client and wireless acquisition terminal and management of local database.In addition,the operating environment of remote monitoring client is set up.The WeChat public service number is chosen as the development platform,SAE as the program deployment platform,which minimizes the development cycle and maximizes the terminal coverage.And in the developer mode of the service number,the user interface of the client is designed using the customize menu interface.Then,this paper focuses on the development of the functions of the remote monitoring client.The functions of warehouse information management,scanning inventory checking,temperature and humidity abnormal alarm and remote control are realized by using the various interfaces and tools of WeChat service number.Specifically,the WeChat customer service interface is used to realize the automaticpush and relieve of the abnormal alarm message.At the same time,this paper proposes an innovative method for the first time that using WeChat scan tool combined with bar code and two-dimensional code technology simplifies inventory checking process,which significantly improves the checking efficiency and accuracy,and greatly reduces equipment and labor costs.Finally,the wireless acquisition terminal is designed which realizes the cyclical acquisition and wireless uploading of temperature and humidity in the various areas of the cold storage.And it is divided into two parts: the data acquisition module and the network communication module.The former uses LPC1114 as the main chip and obtains real-time temperature and humidity through bidirectional single-line I/O communication with the DHT11 sensor.The latter is based on the RAK415 transparent transmission WiFi module which communicates with the main chip through the serial port and communicates with the communication server via TCP/IP for the purpose of temperature and humidity data uploading.The test results show that this terminal has simple structure and wiring,and its data transmission is stable and reliable.
