Under the background of the rapid development of today's information technology,the amount of information dissemination has reached a qualitative leap.Before the 1990 s,as the most important component of the media industry,newspapers dominated in the mode of communication.After the 1990 s,the global newspaper industry declined and the circulation of traditional paper newspapers decreased year by year.Until the financial crisis in 2008 swept across the globe,accompanied by the rise of technologies such as digital networks,the newspaper industry completely went to the bottom of the industry.Nowadays,newspapers are not as dominant in the traditional media,especially in the entire media industry over the past decade.The media market has gradually become a competition of comprehensive strength.The daily newspapers that serve as the mouthpiece of the party and the voice of the people have been reorganized and rebuilt as The newspaper group is transformed into a corporate group to enhance its strength in the industry.In the tide of development in the transition of the newspaper media,the newspaper industry group has become one of the most important means of competition in the industry as an important medium for the newspaper industry to explore and search for strategic choices in line with the development of the industry.At present,most newspaper groups are moving toward media integration or full media.This is the gospel that digital technology brings to the newspaper industry.The emergence of digital technology has opened up new areas and new ways for the future development of the newspaper industry.The newspaper industry has used digital technology to expand the boundaries of content production,increased the scope of the distribution channels,and applied the concept of platform to the actual construction.However,in this process,the opportunity and challenge of the development of the newspaperindustry coexist.The challenge is the existence problem of reality,and the opportunity is the "hole" that can be filled by the problem.After nearly three decades of sluggish growth,the newspaper industry can clearly summarize its own problems and development bottlenecks.At the same time,it firmly grasps opportunities and upgrades from the newspaper group's department structure,content generation,talent management,and hardware equipment.To accept the test of the times.How do newspaper groups improve their quality and adapt to the characteristics of marketization in the context of digitization?This requires the newspaper industry to develop its own observation methods and strategic choices for the capital market when it is used as an enterprise group.When corporate value creation is gradually being explored in the media field,how to achieve diversified value creation in the media ecosystem has become a hot topic of current research.This paper takes the theory of value co-creation as the basis for research,while adhering to the characteristics of newspaper information dissemination,on the other hand,it observes the value creation behavior of newspaper groups with a market-oriented vision,and on this basis,limits the value creation of the main body.The three dimensions of the process of co-creation of value and the value of co-creation results,and it is structured in the process of transition of the newspaper industry group,focusing on the value creation mechanism of the newspaper under the background of digitization,and constructing a co-creation model of newspaper industry value.Through research,it can be concluded that the value creation of the newspaper industry is mainly composed of three groups: the newspaper industry group,the audience and other interest-related individuals;and the process of value creation consists of resource integration process and interactive behavior process;on this basis,further The final value creation results of the three types of subjects are obtained.At the same time,through through field trips,the Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group was used as a research case to analyze the specific value creation bodies,processes,and results in the Guizhou Daily Newspaper Group,integrating theory with practice,and finally presenting newspapers.The universally applicable value co-creation approach is realized.
