Based on the analysis of optical properties of the LED and LED display and chromaticity chromaticity of the Color Chips,and reference to the existing measuring methods and the associated measurement standards in LED industry,to sum up a set photometric,color comprehensive measurement calibration method which aiming at designing a photometric,colorimetric comprehensive measurement calibration device,By this device can realize LED photometric and colorimetric parameters,LED display luminosity parameters and color parameters of Color Chips comprehensive measurement calibration,and it has the advantages of modular rapid measurement,easy switching function and operation simple.According to the allowable error measurement of the total error design requirements,comprehensive measurement calibration device for each device and institutions to achieve reasonable distribution of the error,to determine each individual error,make a preliminary design basis for the selection and design of equipment and mechanisms to achieve a comprehensive measurement calibration device,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the comprehensive measuring device calibration measurements.The factors affecting the accuracy of the measurement parameters were analyzed by experiment,and make precision requirement of related to the realization of devices and mechanisms.Among them,LED average luminous intensity of the LED installation measurement location and measuring the distance put forward higher requirements,the displacement platform that is able to meet accuracy requirements is used to realize the distance adjustment in far/near field;the profile image of LED is captured by CCD,the installation of LED is positioned accurately using the method of Hough transform with image centroid,thereby improving measurement accuracy about average luminous intensity of LED.The total flux LED,LED display and color of Color Chips measuring higher requirements for measuring angles,it is able to meet accuracy requirements is used to realize the angles adjustment,to ensure the accuracy of measurement.On the basis of the measurement results of the structural design of the LED,LED display optical parameters and color of Color Chips,and through the uncertainty analysis of the results,the evaluation of measurement methods and structural design measurement calibration system is reasonable and accurate.
