The organic light emitting diode display technology is predicted to become thenext generation to replace the mainstream LCD monitor display technology.Miniature active organic light-emitting diode is a field of applied micro-displayOLED display technology, few studies currently microdisplays for color display, thispaper miniature color AMOLED display conducted a comprehensive study, the mainresearch results are as follows:(1) a detailed analysis of the micro-AMOLED color of principle, AMOLEDcolor scheme mainly Color Filter, RGB light independently, several methods Blu-rayconversion, Color Filter for its light stable, simple process to become mainstream theAMOLED full color mode.(2) AMOLED is designed monochrome grayscale adjustment programimplements a black and white gray scale optimization AMOLED display, it is possibleto achieve a variety of gray scale by adjusting the AMOLED.(3) Based on the design principles of the color additive color AMOLED colordisplay optimization solutions to achieve optimized AMOLED display, so colorAM-OLED with different characteristics can basically achieve consistent color.(4) Based on the analysis of a number of AMOLED color coordinates, obtainedgamut target micro-AMOLED displays, and on the basis of its analysis of thefull-color mode, the proposed process improvement recommendations.
