The current welded steel pipe is widely Lused in various fields,weld quality inspection become a important factor of steel products quality.In this thesis,on the actual needs of steel pipe manufacturers,we have designed and implemented a imaging system based on the DR.Using this imaging system,through the real-time video image inspection,staff can find defects on steel pipe weld.On the basis of user requirements analysis,Thesis discuss the system design,including function design,data structure design,main frame and the design of the main interface program,and function modules arc given,including the system frame module,data acquisition module,data processing module and defect detection module.On the basis of system design,the system implementation process are discussed.We mainly discuss the image class,main view,control,data acquisition,image processing,c ++ implementation process.Finally,in view of the static image,We study the weld boundary detection,weld defect detection methods,we mainly use the frame differential method and Laplace operator for weld defect detection.With a large number of simulation experiments,we have verified the effectiveness of the detection algorithm.
