In recent years,the scale of China's construction industry has been expanding,and the total output value continues to increase.The traditional supervision mode has gradually shown many characteristics that are not suitable for the rapid development of the construction market.In Xinjiang Province,the functions of the digital management systems are mostly single,and the data of the related business systems are not interconnected.It is difficult to realize the centralized management requirements of the construction projects.In order to strengthen and improve the construction market supervision,standardize the construction market order,change the way of supervision,improve the regulatory process,the establishment of "Internet plus construction market supervision" mode,promote the traditional regulation to intelligent regulatory changes,to enhance the level of information construction market supervision implementation.In this paper,through in-depth analysis of the actual business needs of engineering construction management,under the guidance of the related theories of project centralization management,employees management,construction enterprise management,credit management and other related theories,this paper analyzes the image of the project management from the aspects of the relationship between the project and the enterprise,the relationship of the project personnel,the relationship of the enterprise,the relationship of the enterprise,the credit relationship of the enterprise,the person's credit relationship and so on.Ring.Taking the project integration management as the leading part,we have designed and realized the modules of construction project project registration,unit project registration,survey and design section package,unit project construction drawing review,electronic bidding and direct bidding of construction supervision section,unit project quality reporting,unit project safety report,construction license management and so on.This system uses the Oracle database,through the Spring integration Dubbo to realize thedata butt between different systems.The FineReport report server dynamically generates the certificates and statistics reports in each link of the project through the integration of the background database.Because the system has large data access every day,we use the load balancing method of nginx reverse proxy strategy to depressurization each server.In the real name authentication subsystem,convolution neural network is used to automatically extract information such as ID card photos and ID card numbers.After testing,the construction unit module,enterprise module,practitioner module and government service module all run well.The system is based on the four library and one platform,including the engineering database,the unit library,the base library of the employees and the credit library.It ensures the sharing of the engineering data and information of the competent departments of the prefectures and prefectures,and realizes the transversal interconnection and interoperability of the information,so as to improve the efficiency of the cooperative management.With the data of other external business systems,from the technical point of view,it shields the problems of insufficient supervision of government administration,inadequate supervision,backward supervision,inadequate market mechanism and insufficient supervision of social participation,which greatly facilitates the unified management of enterprises,personnel and projects by the competent departments and standardizes the market management of construction industry.
