Application Integration Management Model Based-on the Campus-wide Network is now playing a key role for serving Education Management Information System. But the level of interoperability and Application integration of educational softwares used by the Campus-wide Network are pretty low, so these softwares can't afford the function of sharing information or communicating. To ameliorate the phenomena of "information anode" on the Campus-wide, we import the notion and technology of Enterprise Application Integration and by analyzing the faults of Campus-wide Network, using Education Management Information System Interoperability Framework for reference, we gave a way to rebuild the Campus-wide Network by using Jade Bird Zone Integration Server.On the process of doing constitution of Education Management Information System Interoperability Framework we found that, considering the increasing of the sum of EMIF zone and Zone Integration Server and the enlarging of systematic scale communicational date, its necessary for us to tone up the ability of transaction on each ZIS by using the Load Balancing Cluster technology for building the ZIS. This paperWe studied and tried to find the affective measure for all the questions above.To increase the ability of the ZIS Load Balancing Cluster, we found an Improved Load Balancing Scheduling Algorithm and introduced some notions such as Task Weight, Load Factor, etc. This algorithm adopted the load scheduling distribution, which using task distributing table as its technological core. By this way, we could calculate the value of factor coefficient by plenty of experiments which were under the cluster experimentation environment, design and implement the cluster simulation tool "ClusterSimulator".By Comparing with experiments of other algorithm, these experiments improved that the Improved Load Balancing Scheduling...
