Nowadays with the rapid growth of information technology,informationization construction is of great significance in the development of enterprise. especially for traditional manufacturing industry, ERP has become the key to build the core competitiveness. while the traditional manufacturing industries' information technology is lagged behind. they upgrade ERP system via purchase high performance server or load balance device. The paper proposed a new load balance strategy on the existing infrastructure of manufacturing enterprises to cut down the cost of ERP upgrading.In order to introduce load balancing technology into ERP system, The main work of this paper are devided into three points, first i proposed a load balancing system architecture based on ERP. The main idea of the architecture is to balance the throughput between business subsystems via spilting the business and loading forecasting, and balance the backend servers' load in business subsystem via a dynamic load balancing algorithm. secondly i proposed a server load forecasting method based on the combination of wavelet transform and support vector regression. thirdly i improved traditional dynamic feedback load balancing algorithm. focusing on server may be overload during the period of collecting performance parameters, a method to control the threshold of the server is proposed. in order to make the strategy more practical, i take cache into account in the strategy.In the last part of this paper, the performance test of the system are given, After analyzing the experimental results, we verify the feasibility of the proposed load balancing strategy.
