With the continuous development of mobile communication technology and the ever-increasing improvement of people's living standards,smart phones have become the most popular electronic consumer goods in the daily routine.However,in the rapidly developing Chinese smart phone market,domestic smart phones still have a large gap with the world's smart phone brands in terms of technology,R&D,design and branding.At this stage,smart phones have become more mobile,integrated,and intelligent.This development trend will have a huge impact on China's current smart phone market,and it will also provide opportunities for Chinese smart phone manufacturers to catch up with internationally renowned brands.How Chinese smart phone manufacturers can win in this competition and improve their innovation and marketing management is a topic worthy of study.The study of this paper starts with the macro environment and industry environment,and uses the PEST analysis method and the Potter Five Forces model to comprehensively analyze the marketing environment facing Nubia mobile phones and the main competitors and consumers of Nubia mobile phones.Analyzed and finally analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of Nubian phones using SWOT.On this basis,the STP marketing theory was used to elaborate the target market segmentation,selection and positioning of Nubian mobile phones.In addition,the 4P marketing theory was used to propose the Nubia mobile phone product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and Four aspects of marketing management programs,such as promotion strategies,have formulated marketing management protection measures from seven perspectives: R&D investment,marketing investment,customer relationship,internal communication,personnel training,salary system,and corporate culture.This article based on a variety of marketing theories of Nubia mobile phone marketing research,help us understand the current market characteristics of China's smart phone market,for the Chinese smart phone brand marketing to provide new ideas.In addition,the marketing management plan and guarantee measures proposed for Nubian mobile phones in this article can also provide reference for marketing management of other domestic smart phone brands,which will contribute to the overall development of China's smart phone industry.
