The technology of stereolithography based on high-speed galvanometer is main directions of 3D printing.For 3D printing control system,the precision of printing,the stability of the system,as well as the efficiency of printing are important indicators of measuring the quality of the control system.In this paper,we study the control system in three aspects: the communication framework of the printing system,the parse of large printing files,and the optimization of the galvanometer scanning control,in order to improve the efficiency and printing precision of the control system in file.In this paper,we design a framework of 3D printing large data communication framework,which is used in the PC + control board model by analyzing the requirements of the SLA printing system.On the basis of the SOCKET,we establish three SOCKET connections between the host computer and the control board,in order to realize the execution of the three kinds of instruction,buffer mode,immediate mode and query mode..The Gcode and SLC file are chosen as a data source of the control system.We analyze the formats of Gcode file and SLC file,and design the file parser to extract the contour information in the file.According to the characteristics of the Gcode file stored in layer,we design a piecewise multiple cache structure which based on binary search.Depend on file segmentation,opening more threads when parsing the file synchronization,improve parsing speed of Gcode file,and at the same time,it will be able to fix the problem of jump layer print and stochastic preview.KMP algorithm is used to improve the matching efficiency to solve problems of keyword matching in the process of file parsing.The contours of the inside and outside are classified according to the location,and the order of point set is adjusted.We establish the profile tree according to the above information.We analyze the galvanometer uniform interpolation and delay control is implemented,and the existing problems.We design a galvanometer speed interpolation based on velocity planning control algorithm,and according to the matching relationship between energy and rate,make real-time power to follow the galvanometer control come true.In addition,the paper give the scheme of realizing the whole control system,and have tested the function and precision of the control,which proved the usability of this print control system.
