Laser marking is a new type of marking method. Because of its so many particular merits, laser marking is an important application of laser technology in industry. Galvanometer scanning laser marking is a widely adopted scanning method in laser marking, which will replace other types of laser marking mode gradually. This thesis consists of three parts including analysis of galvanometer scanner construction, galvanometer scanner servo theory design and galvanometer scanner servo circuit design.Galvanometer scanner includes reflecting mirror, scanning motor & servo circuit, angle sensor and scanning field lens. In this thesis, the operating mechanism and construction are analyzed. The quantificational relation between rotation angle sensor output voltage and motor rotation angle is deduced. The relation between rotation angle and driving voltage based on the motor moment balance law and the armature voltage law is inferred. The motor mathematical modeling is completed.Galvanometer scanner is a typical position control system. According to the motor mathematical model, control system is confirmed to dual loops feedback construction including position loop and current loop. To make galvanometer scanner operates stably, rapidly and accurately as what the system demands, the revising set consists of series-wound PID controller and rotate speed differential feedback controller according to the motor characters. Now, the theory model of galvanometer scanner servo is completed. Finally, according to the servo model, the galvanometer scanner servo circuit is designed. This circuit is the realization of the theory model and includes some assistant circuits. So the galvanometer scanner can operate safely and stably in all kinds of conditions. Powered by experiment, the galvanometer scanner servo circuit reaches the request of scanner and satisfies the need of laser marking application.
