The people are increasingly demanding on industrial technology with the rapid development of modern society,however,the emergence of laser technology to a certain extent solved the technical problems that puzzled people for a long time.Now,manyaspects can adapt laser technologywhether it is life,industrial or medical.Laser processing technology at home and abroad has nearly 100 kinds of applications,these applications led to the formation of the laser technology as the core of the emerging technology industry system,and the rapid development of laser technology,so far has become one of the processing technology of various industries.In the foundation of the development of laser technology,additive material manufacturing technology came into being,and many kinds of manufacturing technology,among of the more commonly used technologyare stereolithography rapid prototyping technology,laser melting deposition and selective laser melting etc.Atpresent,the research on selective laser melting galvanometer control system is few,and the galvanometer control system is mostly imported abroad which the price is very expensive.In order to make up for the blank in the domestic research field,this paper chooses DSP and FPGA dual core processor as the solid controller GT-400-SCAN,and based on this controller is researched and designed to mirror control system and motion control system,as well as studying performance and stability of galvanometer control system by selective laser melting process test.The concrete research content is illustrated as follows:(1)The structure of the galvanometer control system is deeply studied,including the choice of the laser scanning galvanometer structure,the selection and analysis of the pre focusing mode and the post focusing mode.(2)This paper studies the GT-400-SCAN motion controller,and uses the PCI bus connection method to make the connection controller and each module device,complete various complex algorithms in the computer and design the hardware circuit connection mode of the galvanometer system.Analyze the function and advantages of the board,study the output mode and choose the appropriate output mode to maximize the performance of the board.(3)Using Visual Studio software to write the low machine driver and designing of vibration mirror motor drive program flow diagram.Adapting different scanning speeds to print by selective laser melting test to verify the galvanometer scanning control system which has high accuracy parts are by using selective laser melting technology of long time and verifying the good stability ofgalvanometer control system.(4)Analysis of distortion causes of scanning pattern and according to the reasons put forward corresponding solution,at the same time using software for distortion correction.
