Mobile communication technology has developed rapidly in recent years,the demand of faster,lower latency and higher throughput promote the continued evolution of mobile communication technology.China-proposed TD-LTE(Time Division Term Evolution Long)wireless communication technology has been widely applied in the world,which indicates that TD-LTE technology and application have reached a mature level.The development of the technology provides method for the construction of the maritime wireless network,which provides technical support for the access of on-site supervision information system on water.Under the support of the Ministry of transport maritime on-site supervision support program,this thesis makes discussion of the existing maritime water on-site supervision system and with reference to the current situation of maritime safety administration work on water,proposed the construction of maritime wireless communication network based on TD-LTE technology.Major work and results achieved are as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the situation of China maritime safety administration communication on water for on-site supervision on the development stage of the maritime on-site supervision network,illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the maritime communication methods and studies the key technology and development advantages of TD-LTE.(2)According to the characteristics of maritime safety administration on-site supervision communication,the demand of emergency communication,on-site office,mobile video conferencing conducts a detailed response.The overall design of the system of maritime wireless communication network aims to solve the problem of maritime communication.(3)In this thesis,the frequency spectrum,covering performance,system capacity,multiple antenna transmission mode,interference suppression,base station selection,core network,data communication with other systems of maritime wireless network are analyzed and detailly designed.(4)The author simulates the key technology indicators and makes anlysis of the simulation data.The simulation data is analyzed,antenna adjustment and optimization are verified and complemented by the field construction deployment,the whole network is verified by function and availability.This thesis makes research on the first case of wireless network system construction of China maritime safety administration,which solves the communication problems of complex navigable waters,tidal and surface signal noises interference.The maritime wireless communication network system can realize the function of setting up calls,data transmission and integration of information transmission.As a result,the comprehensive emergency ability of water traffic safety can be improved.
