In recent years,with the proposal of "Internet +" strategic and the rapid development of technologies such as cloud computing,big data and the internet of things,the scope of Internet applications are constantly expanding.In the face of the rapid development of network TV,the way that the smart TV business can occupy the market and profit in the fierce competition has become an urgent problem for enterprises.With the idea of "Internet +",Anhui Telecom designs a personalized platform that can be customized to meet demands of diverse user groups based on the existing Esurfing ITV HD,combined with optical broadband,WIFI,mobile phone and other products.Esurfing HDTV information platform allows users to experience a variety of personalized TV business,which not only enables users to make personalized settings,but also improves the quality of business services and promotes the development of the business.In this thesis,an integrated personalized platform is set up by analyzing the demands of business users,industry users and ordinary households based on Esurfing cloud platform infrastructure.The components and function of video module,replay module,living and studying module,application experience module,and personal center module are designed in detail.This thesis introduces the debug methods and main functions of personalized terminal and solves the common problems in actual use.Lastly,personalized implementation process of smart TV for different users,including the hotel,village,family,are shown respectively.The application of personalized platform achieves obvious enterprise benefit,e.g.smart hotel,Sunshine village affairs,smart family.
