With the rapid development of university information technology, more and moreapplication service systems were exploited. But these systems were independent, and by asingle Web it was difficult to get a variety of information and services effectively, timely andconveniently. With the popularity of smart phones and the coverage of3G/4G/wirelessnetworks in college, students are pleased to employ mobile terminals to access to informationanytime and anywhere, thus fragmented time would be used fully. This thesis mainlyelaborates a mobile Internet-based wisdom campus platform, and aims to build a new type ofintelligent environments which gets together with teaching, research, administration andcampus life. The main research work includes.Firstly, with the technology of information crawling and information processing, buildpersonalized news service platform focus to Campus theme. Platform can reduce the troubleof information overload by perceiving and mining user’s hobbies and interests. Users canaccess the information at any time and anywhere, with mobile Internet technology.Secondly, With the mobile communication technology, providing a personalizedinformation pushing frame. Frame provide different push mode for different schedulingrequest. Frame can reduce the network connection time to achieve the optimal control ofpower consumption and network flow.Thirdly, with the unitive authentication technology, build application integrationspecification and standard API interface. The interface can support the seamless integration ofthird party campus application and achieve the access to multiple applications.Fourthly, describing a improved approach of campus hot topic discovery. First,usingICTCLAS segmentation system to segment the word and extraction the keyword Thesecond,.build the knowledge representation model of news. At last, determining the k initialclustering center by counting the word frequency of news headlines, through the K-Meansalgorithm to find the campus hot topic.Finally, with the above research results, developing the mobile smart campus platform.The platform is composed of personalized information service module, personalizedinformation pushing module, smart application integration module and the campus hot topicdiscovery moduleThe applications showed that mobile intelligence platform supplied a intelligentmanagement and service process supporting for the schools with comprehensiveness and effectiveness.
