Research On The Planning And Implementation Of XN Ping'An City Project

To build urban video surveillance system is important foundation of urban safety and stability.It is also critical part of “Ping' An City” project construction,even the important carriers for the “Smart City”?This system could satisfy the needs of security administration,city management,Traffic management and emergency management.Compared with the human and material input,it is irreplaceable for the prevention,discovering,control and combating crime,providing crime clues and fixing evidence.Thus,it could enhance the city emergency management ability which is significant for the public safety.However,the former “Ping' An City”project focuses on the wired monitoring system,and the level of information development of wired monitoring system is not so high,the low degree of intelligence of system and the present infrastructure can`t fulfill the future needs from information transportation,which affects the social development.Therefore,this paper researches how to solve these problems effectively and how to complete the project construction in a limited time.This paper studies on the needs of remote emergency needs,enhancing the utilization,multi-scene application and the integration of intelligent maintenance business such as equipment inspection to fulfills the customer needs in the “Ping' An City”project.But in actual project construction operators always due to the time has not been properly planned,human resources are not properly allocated,quality supervision of disorders and the lag of the information between client and the contractor lead to the project cannot be completed on time.In this paper,based on the research of the “XN Ping' An City” project,combined with project management,time management,human resource management,quality management and communication management,to analyzed for the construction of this project.To set a schedule plan and schedule on safeguard measures,reasonable allocate personnel responsibilities,about the quality of the project by quality assurance measures and the supervision of the construction process,and to set pre-sale,sale,after-sale commissioner and do training for customers to improve the information sharing.Itcould make sure theprojectcan completed on time in the limited time cost by human resources are properly allocated,quality assurance measures and the Reasonable communication between client and contractor.
