With the development of broadband business,Because of broadband access to advanced voice services and diversified communication methods(QQ,WeChat,micro-blog,etc.),the traditional voice service has been impacted.The gradual introduction of LTE network meets the needs of people's rapidly growing wireless data services.However,LTE network can not directly carry voice business,and how to provide users with high-quality voice services at the same time,it has also become a problem that operators have to face when they introduce LTE.This thesis follows the 3GPP LTE voice solution VoLTE,considering the smooth evolution of the B2 G actual network,and realizes the VoLTE plan by newly building or upgrading related network elements to the existing core network.Compared with the existing 2/3G network,the VoLTE call delay is reduced from 5-8S to 1-3S,and the spectrum efficiency of LTE can reach more than 3 times that of R99.VoLTE technology can solve the problems existing in the existing network,such as the single voice business and the tight LTE spectrum resources.It is also in line with the evolution route of network broadband and IP,and is the final voice solution of TD-LTE based on packet switching technology.
