In the era of information explosion,People's Daily life produces more and more electronic information, and the performance requirements of computers, mobile phones and other electronic products are getting higher and higher. In the future, electronic information devices will gradually develop towards wearable technology,so the development of electronic devices based on organic materials is a promising direction. This paper mainly studies the organic field-effect transistor memory, based on organic polymer materials doped organic semiconductor small molecular material as the storage layer. We use the floating gate structure as the main research object. The migration rate of the carrier with the organic field-effect transistor memory is more than 0.3 cm2/Vs.And there are 105 memory windows, and good stability and tolerance.A storage layer based on suitable polymer and semiconductor small molecule doping concentration, testing the performance of multiple storage devices,We got four stable working conditions. And there is an order of magnitude between the current in each working state. The maintenance stability of each working state exceeds 10000 s.The three write states and the initial state are switched back and forth between 30 times and still remain above an order of magnitude.
