Cardiovascular disease is the top killer of human health.The global population aging and cardiovascular diseases cause premature death or disability among the elderly,resulting in a serious socio-economic burden.Therefore,there is an urgent need to take measures to assess the cardiovascular health of the elderly as early as possible.In the field of assessment and monitoring of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly,there is a lack of family-friendly medical equipment for promotion in our country.In this paper,we combine the data acquisition and analysis module based on LabVIEW and the analysis module based on Matlab to form the cardiovascular physiological signal detection system based on LabVIEW.The heart of life hardware acquisition module integrates heart sound,ECG,pulse and blood oxygen sensor,and equipped with a self-designed signal processing module and NI's hardware acquisition board.The data acquisition and analysis module is designed and developed by LabVIEW software,which realizes the real-time acquisition and storage of four signals and analyzes the signals of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation.Based on the analysis module of Matlab,the data collected by LabVIEW was used to measure the blood pressure,blood glucose,heart rate,SV,SPTT,SPWV,TPR and SVER were used to model the important human physiological indexes that affect cardiovascular health.In the field of blood pressure calculation,this paper presents a fast blood pressure measurement method based on the area segmentation of ventricular systole and diastolic demarcation point(SD-D point)which on the basis of heart sound to solve the pulse wave transit time.Then extract the peak value of the first pulse and pulse wave signal peak and valley time difference as systolic And diastolic pulse wave transit time(SPTT).The area parameters of the systolic and diastolic demarcation points of the pulse wave pattern were used to calculate the corresponding area parameters to obtain the calculated core blood pressure formula.According to the characteristics of heart sound signal,we improve the linear equation of blood pressure and improves the accuracy and reliability of the calculation results.The experimental results show that the error between rapid blood pressure calculation method based on SD-D point area segmentation and mercury blood pressure detector is less than 1%,which reaching the internationally accepted error range.Finally,according to the above nine kinds of evaluation indicators,through a variety of algorithm fusion modeling to establish a cardiovascular assessment model.A comprehensive report on the cardiovascular fitness assessment of the test subjects is given by the cardiovascular health assessment model.
