With the rapid development of modern medical technology,the widespread popularity of wireless communication technology,and early prevention of heart disease and early treatment of consciousness gradually improve,portable mobile medical technology cause major research institutions and high attention of many researchers.Heart sound signal contains a large amount of heart physiological information,and can reflect the early pathological change information of the heart.Heart sound detection act as an important means to understand the state of the heart,and provide an important basis for heart disease diagnosis and prevention.In this paper,in order to realize the wireless acquisition and transmission of heart sound signals as the main research target,based on the Android smart phones,designed and completed the heart sounds wireless acquisition system based on mobile phone,and according to the characteristics of the heart sound signal to carry out pathological analysis.Firstly,set up heart sounds wireless acquisition terminal based on CC2540 module.Using Bluetooth 4.0 module as a heart sound acquisition system of data acquisition and wireless sending and receiving wireless terminals.On the basis of the BLE protocol to complete the design of OSAL layer and application layer,the amplified signal after filtering the AD conversion,will eventually be packaged heart sounds data wirelessly transmitted to the mobile client,to implement the acquisition and personal phone point-to-point transmission.Secondly,under the Android system design and develop the client application.In Eclipse development environment using Java language to complete the application development and UI design,thus the Android client implementation and front-end data acquisition unit communication,real-time display,data storage,and the heart sound signal history playback,and other functions.Visual interface and convenient storage,the sound signal acquisition more human.Finally,combined with MATLAB to heart sound signal analysis and processing.Using the Hilbert-huang transform completed the heart sound signal preprocessing,constructs the corresponding algorithm of heart sound signals in time-frequency domain analysis and eigenvalue extraction,according to the extracted eigenvalue analysis of heart disease.Under the specified characteristic value,due to the characteristic value of different populations showed different sizes,depending on the eigenvalue distribution in the space of disease classification,for heart disease diagnosis have the effect of the auxiliary diagnosis.
