In the remote mountainous areas of southwest China,the incidence of congenital heart disease is higher than other place,but because of poor local medical level that is difficult to diagnose congenital heart disease.In response to this situation,every year the national and social organizations have repeatedly organized congenital heart disease screening to help local congenital heart disease patients.In the screening work,the accuracy of auscultation most depends on the level of doctors and clinical experience and auscultation screening is very hard work,the annual diagnosis of congenital heart disease requires a lot of manpower and financial resources.This article aims to design a convenient and easy to carry heart sound collection equipment to solve the difficulties,to help the process of congenital heart disease screening for the treatment of congenital heart disease.The main research contents of this paper are based on Measurement Studio 2010 to realize the heart sound collection system and preprocess the heart sound signal collected by the acquisition system,including reduction noise,extraction envelope and segmentation of heart sound signal.1.Design and implementation of the acquisition system.Using the Measurement Studio 2010 platform to design and realize the heart sound collection system,through the UDP protocol to receive the heart sound from the lower computer transmission signal to achieve the patient heart sound signal acquisition,storage and playback capabilities.2.The classification of heart sound signal and the construction of heart sound database.Up to now,the heart sound collection system developed in this paper has collected 20 cases of pathological signals in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,and participated in the heart screening of Heart Disease in Kaiyuan,Honghe,which have collected 198 cases of heart sounds.The heart sound database is constructed by classifying the heart sound signals stored in the system and the existing heart sounds.3.Preprocessing of heart sound signal.The fifth-order Butterworth bandpass filter is used to denoise the original heart sound signal,filter out the noise in the original signal,and then use the Hilbert-Huang transform method to extract the signal envelope and reduce the envelope.Finally,the signal is segmented using a double threshold segmentation method to locate the positions of S1 and S2.4.The method of preprocessing is used to design and realize the heart sound preprocessing system.At the same time,the preprocessing system and the existing heart sound data are used to evaluate the accuracy of the segmentation of heart sound signals.The results show that the accuracy of segmentation of heart sounds is up to 90%,which achieves the intended purpose.
