The Design And Implementation Of The Agile Development Management Platform

With the development of Internet industry,product competition becomes more fierce.Speeding up the reaction to market changes,satisfying customers' demands and maximizing product values become more important for enterprises.Agile Development Management model was developed in this situation,which has been widely applied to Internet industry and created large profits for the enterprises.With the heated competition,the use of Agile Development for traditional domestic software industry draws attention rapiedly.Nearly all related enterprises,to some degree,are transforming from traditional and sequential Waterfall Development model to Agile Development model.This management transformation is a long and complicated process,which requires a strong platform to help management staff putting the model into better practice,realizing the standardization and automation of the development process.Based on IBM Clear Quest,an Agile Development platform is analyzed,designed and developed.Firstly,the background and importance of Agile Development platform is introduced,and the current development of domestic one is analyzed.Secondly,a multi-management cooperation process driven by end-user-story under the circumstances of the need for Agile Development is designed: the main business types in the platform are Iteration Planning,Task Developing,Test cases,defects,supports,etc.All businesses depend on and develop from the end-user-story type of data,and thus form a closed loop.Thirdly,multi types of data and trigger development is researched.Meanwhile,open API platform is applied,and the platform is linked with other businesses.This platform decreases the difficulty of business system integration and brings more openness and adaptability to the development of Agile management.As for the realization of the system techniques,the platform applies CQ+My SQL and B/S.The application modules are described,and the detailed design diagram as well as ultimate platform blueprint is provided.Lastly,the platform is tested according to software development procedure for examining whose function and performance.The functional and non-functional test shows that the system has accomplished the comprehensive analysis of Agile Development and realized message passing,work flow deployment,trigger,etc.Based on the analysis of this system,project team forms a complete management process of cross projects and business units,and put it into full practice.The practice shows that the integrated solution is applicable with high practical and prospective value.
