In order to solve the problem of wireless network management and optimization,this thesis proposes a wireless user central network framework based on the user-centered concept.The wUCN defines the concept of intelligent routers.The user is the target of the service,and the user satisfaction including the user QoE is the optimization target of the wireless system,and the content is the core of the user demand,so the content reflects the user's access and demand mode.Therefore,in the wUCN with user demand as the core,content-based research and scheduling is an effective strategy to improve user satisfaction.In the wUCN,this paper proposes an intelligent pipeline scheme between the policy server and the IWR.The IWR extracts information and video stream information added to the HTTP request header field,and implements content-based wireless resource scheduling for user grouping.This thesis is based on the objective content of the video,video encoding bit rate and resolution in different devices on the display quality,the video streaming users according to the terminal's screen properties for classification,request different resolution content for different user terminal resolutions,a content resolution based allocation algorithm(CRS)is proposed,establish an optimization model.Through simulation,and compared with the maximum-minimum fairness algorithm(MMF)and the utility function algorithm(ULF),the CRS algorithm performs well in terms of system satisfaction,in grouping satisfaction the group A,B is better than MMF and ULF algorithm,and fairness of satisfaction is also better than the other two algorithms.By studying the concentrated distribution of video content popularity,the popularity of video content is classified,different bandwidth resources are provided for different popularity levels of video streaming and user ratings,and the user's buffer factor is used as a joint scheduling factor.The content popularity scheduling algorithm(CPS)is modeled and simulated,and the joint scheduling coefficients are determined through simulation.By comparing with the scheduling algorithm,MMF algorithm and ULF algorithm and the CPS algorithm that do not consider the user buffer factor,this algorithm can reduce unnecessary overhead,increase the available bandwidth,reduce the video rebuffering rate,and improve the user grouping and system satisfaction,and the fairness of the system.
