With the development of wireless communication technology, people are lookingforword to more stable transmission with higher rate, and more attention is payed to userexperience. If transmissionrate is under the required rate, user experience will be greatlyimpacted. It is also hard for traditional resource allocation algorithm to guarantee the userexperience with different services. Therefore, wireless resource allocation technology basedon user experience is mainly investigated in this paper to ensure high satisfaction of users. The main contribution and results of this paper is as follow:Firstly, alow-complexity distributed power allocation algorithm isproposed. Differentscenarios are considered and user experience of indoor communication is promoted. Theproposed power control schemeensures more users achieving their required rate and thefairness between different users is greatly improved. Besides, energy can be saved withoutloss inoutage ability and energy efficiency is also promoted. Inaddition, theproposedalgorithm is extended to the scenariothat the required rates of pico stations can bechanged periodically.Secondly, the random deployment of base stations is considered. Compared withregular hexagonal lattice and square lattice model, random deployment of base stations iscloser to the deployment of real base stations and the randomness of bases stations alsoaffect interference distributions. Based on this structure, an iterative resource allocationalgorithm for multi-applications is proposed to maximize quality of experience of the wholesystem. Simulation results demonstrate that the iteration convergence speed and stability issatisfactory.Thirdly, the problem that in the same cell the burst need of best effort (BE) users mayhave a great influence on real time video users is considered. We use the rate scalingprocessto shape the bursty need of BE users. A power reallocation technique between twotypes of users is developed and an algorithm improving the fairness of BE users is proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can not only promote thequality of experience of video users, but also guarantee the fairness among BE users.
