| In recent years,sweeping robot as a new product in a period of rapid growth,has not yet formed a mature product function system,the emerging brands have launched a new function models to seize the market,such as ultra-thin,camera,APP mobile phone control,wireless charging and so on,which assisted various functions,and even have an impact on the main cleaning performance.As the KY robotic company of the domestic cleaning robot,how to optimize its own brand product research and development? The application of value engineering in the evaluation of design function and design and development is undoubtedly the first choice.The proportion of design research and development in the whole product life cycle is very high.If we can start from the design stage to apply the value engineering for functional analysis,we will enhance the competitiveness of products.From the perspective of value engineering,this paper discusses KY's product design optimization in the civil robot industry.The author mainly adopts the value engineering method to carry on the value analysis,the questionnaire survey method carries on the demand survey,the analytic hierarchy process method carries on the function weight analysis,in order to solve the product function design optimization problem.This article first elaborates on the status of industry and KY company's functional design status,points out the main purpose and significance of this study,and then introduces the related theory and research status of value engineering.Next,starting from the analysis of customer demand functions,the problems in the functional design of sweeping robots are introduced.Finally,the value engineering is used to analyze the functional design of KY sweeping robot,and the optimization scheme is proposed and verified.The implementation of the optimization plan brings significant benefits to KY,providing an operational approach to the optimization of design capabilities in the robotics industry. |
