Temperature and humidity are the basic parameters in the process of solar drying alfalfa.The effect of the change on the quality of dried alfalfa products is relatively obvious.This article takes the current situation of temperature and humidity detection in China as a starting point and combines the characteristics of temperature and humidity sensors and load cells.,Designed a set of alfalfa solar drying device temperature and humidity monitoring system.In this paper,a system based on C8051 F360 single chip microcomputer,DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor,and YZC131 cantilever beam load cell is designed to collect data for the defects existing in the current solar heat and humidity monitoring system.The specific research work is as follows:1)The relationship between the drying rate and the drying temperature and the drying stage was studied by performing drying tests at different temperatures on the crucibles in different drying stages.The experimental data analysis results show that under the premise of comprehensive consideration of energy loss and drying rate,the optimum drying temperature for different drying stages is different.2)Study the relationship between nutrient content and temperature of alfalfa by performing constant-temperature and phase-change temperature drying tests.The experimental data analysis results show that the phase-change drying drying can achieve more nutrients retention,and at the same time using MATLAB software to obtain the regression equation between the moisture content and the optimum drying temperature.The obtained equation is the intelligence of the solar drying device.The control provides a reference.3)Design a controller suitable for helium and capable of variable temperature drying control.Including hardware system and software system design.4)Use Keil to write a program to debug the software program and use Proteus and Keil to perform a joint simulation to verify the integrity and feasibility of the system.The results showed that drying different temperatures at different temperatures during different drying stages can increase the drying efficiency,save energy,and retain more nutrients.The intelligent control of solar drying devices provides a reference.
