Hot air drying for dehydration of vegetable production is the most efficient process method. An advanced dehydrated vegetable work lines is introduced from Italy by Qingshuihe vegetable dehydration plant in 2003. To aiming at the drying module in this work line, the temperature and humidity control unit are designed for fulfill the hot air circulation control, raise production efficiency, reduce energy consumption in this thesis, the measured results show that the design meets the requirements.It is start from the module structure research and hot air drying working principle, hardware, control program and control algorithms are designed. The following works are completed in thesis:1. The internal structure of the module in drying line of and its working principle are researched;2. It is designed and fulfilled that the temperature, humidity, valve position are integrate into a cascade control scheme and control algorithm;3. Select Atmegal6 MCU as CPU, the hardware the controller circuit design is completed, including chip selection, PCB design, circuit board soldering and debugging;4. Software programming, including humidity, temperature and displacement data acquisition and processing, parameter setting and display, the control algorithm. The system integration test results show that this design meets the control requirements.
