With the continuous development of market economy,the increasing competition of coal mine machinery industry,elaborating the paperless office has become a coal mining machinery production Enterprise survival and development of the basic conditions to do more fine fine management inside the Enterprise,must use modern advanced Enterprise management methods and tools,such as Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)system,etc.To improve the production efficiency,the enterprise in the personnel insufficient equipment or some departments of production capacity is saturated,the need is assisted by outsourcing factory to complete machining task Company's production collaboration room outsourcing plans issued according to the company,through the various cooperative unit makes a comprehensive comparison between the existing production capacity,the outsourcing plan to achieve qualified outsourcing manufacturers,and maintain the system database To facilitate processing outsourcing plans the transfer of communication problems,to design a set of integrated management system for outsourcing production plan.Firstly,this paper discusses the research background and significance of the outsourcing production management system of ZMJ company,and discusses the development status at home and abroad.Based on the problems existing in the outsourcing production department of ZMJ,the paper makes clear the requirements and design objectives of the system based on the feasibility of fully demonstrating the infrastructure,development environment and existing technologies.Secondly,according to the design idea of flexible software,this paper analyzes the actual situation and finally decides to carry out functional design and database design for the outsourcing production plan management system in a modular way.The system uses batch data to store and backup data separately to ensure the expiration data integrity.Again,according to the requirements of the functional modules designed by the system,the system was realized by using the PowerBuilder(PB)development tool.Including extraction about outsourcing management plans,price maintenance outsourcing management,outsourcing management turn factory maintenance,spare parts drawings take main modules such as the concrete implementation of the overall discussion,the plight of improved plans do not agree with the contract,implements the outsourcing to promote the efficiency of production planning management system as a whole.Finally,in order to ensure that the system can meet the normal requirements of work,a comprehensive test was conducted on the system.
