With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,it has become the necessities of life like hydropower for users.Providing users with high-speed and reliable mobile communication services become primary task for mobile operators.How to monitor the network in real time and analyze the load of the entire LTE network has become a pain point for T-Mobile.This paper aims at the mobile company's needs for LTE cell performance monitoring and analysis.This paper designs a mobile network performance evaluation system for LTE cell performance data collection,processing,data storage,and analysis.The system helps mobile network staff handle real-time monitoring of LTE cell and cell performance analysis,and the assists the staff to maintain network and improve the quality of network services.The mobile system is mainly composed five modules,which name is as follows: data processing module,cell performance evaluation module,query display module,GIS cell performance display module,and database module.The entire system consists of a background client,a desktop client,and a WEB client.Firstly,the cell performance indexes is standardized according to the Northbound v2.7 standard.Then database optimized query by the vertical part table?database optimized import cell performance data and the KPI by Bulk Insert order.Secondly the cell performance load in hours is evaluated by FAHP algorithm so that the staff can understand the network condition in real time.Cell load classification is completed on weekdays by using ensemble learning method to help the staff to grasp the high load cell conditions of the entire network.The system completes to visualize cell performance data and cell performance load by desktop client and WEB client.Background service and desktop client of the system use VC++ as the development language.The WEB client uses JAVA language,database uses SQL Server 2008 r2,and Python language used as algorithm development.This system has started to run on-line in the mobile company since March 2016.Afterwards,this system has gradually improved the functional modules.The system has been completed by January 2017.It has been officially running for about one year and six months.The modules are running normally.The calculated KPI and the results of the cell performance load satisfy the design requirements,and meet the demand of mobile company business.
